GWBC is under no obligation to review any messages; information or content ("Postings") posted on the web site by users / bloggers and assumes no responsibility or liability relating to any such Postings. Notwithstanding the above, GWBC may from time to time monitor the Postings on the web site and may decline to accept and/or remove any Postings that contain any unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, profane, hateful, racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable material of any kind, including, but not limited to, any material which encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any applicable local, state, national or international law.

GWBC prohibits caching, hypertext linking pop-ups to the web site, and the framing of any content available through the web site without written authorization. GWBC reserves the right to disable any unauthorized links or frames and specifically disclaims any responsibility for the Content available on any other Internet web sites linked to the web site. Access to any other Internet web sites linked to the web site is at the user's own risk.

GWBC is committed to respecting the privacy of personal information and wants to promote trust and confidence on the Internet. GWBC uses commercially reasonable precautions, such as security software, physical security features and strict policy guidelines to safeguard the privacy of its users personal information; it is also committed to constantly improving its security measures as new technology is made available. GWBC works diligently to protect the safety of user’s online information and merchant’s information by using authentication technology (certificates) and encryption technology (SSL). Our secure server software encrypts all personal information.

GWBC may from time to time send emails to our users announcing special promotions, changes in our services or other information that we believe will be of interest to our users and customers. Please contact GWBC if you prefer not to receive email from us. GWBC may send confirming emails to confirm receipt of application, requests, and newsletter subscriptions. Users who no longer wish to receive GWBC's newsletter and promotional communications may opt-out of receiving these communications by following the remove instructions at the end of each such communication. We also offer an opt-out mechanism on the web site or the user may contact the Compliance Officer at our main address.
