Executive Team


Our founding executives comprise the following high caliber professionals whose experience and dedication creates immense synergy and value for our mission and for our clients.

Robert DiMattina
President and Founder is an entrepreneur with significant experience and success in the credit card processing and retail industries. He is the former President and Co-founder of Direct Technologies, LLC, another ISO organization that was acquired in 2008.

Ron Levitt
Controller who has significant industry and hands-on accounting management experience as well as extensive involvement with over 20 mergers and acquisitions.

Thomas Tesmer
Chief Technology Officer of Greenwise Bankcard, LLC since April, 2011 and Executive Vice President of Processing of Pipeline Data and Cynergy Data since December 2009. Mr. Tesmer was the president of Symmetrex, Inc., a processing company supporting third-party clients that operated open and closed loop stored value card programs in the United States and foreign markets from October 2002 to July 2004. Mr. Tesmer was also founder and President of TransNet Inc., the predecessor to today’s Chase-Paymentech processing venture. Mr. Tesmer’s prior career engagements include positions as Chief Technology Officer for the HONOR debit switch, forerunner to First Data’s Star@ national debit switch and positions as Director of Software Development for several First Data front end payments processing entities. Mr. Tesmer is also past President and Chairman of the Board and of Directors of Q Comm International, Inc., a publicly-traded technology company, which traded on the American Stock Exchange under the symbol QMM, and is a past chairman of the ETA Technology Committee.

Nancy Disman
Chief Financial officer of Greenwise Bankcard, LLC and Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Pipeline Cynergy Holdings since 2011. Nancy Disman held various executive positions in her 11 years with First Data Corporation, including Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of the Retail and Alliance Services group, a $4 billion division. Nancy played a critical role in the merger between KKR and First Data which at the time was the largest LBO, $26 billion, completed in the United States. Nancy began her professional career as a manager of the audit and assurance practice for Ernst and Young in the technology, communication and entertainment group.
Disman is a steering committee board member of Friends of Karen, has championed fundraising events for Little Flower Children’s Services, and created two scholarship funds that support students at Half Hollow Hills High School and the University at Albany. Disman received the Top 40 under 40 Award from Long Island Business News as recognition for a proven track record of career success and community involvement. Disman is a Certified Public Accountant and a graduate of the State University of New York at Albany.

Randal “Randy” A. McCoy
Chief Executive Officer of Greenwise Bankcard since April 2011. Chief Executive Officer, President and Director of Pipeline Data since February 2009 and of Cynergy Data since October 2009. Randy McCoy held various executive positions in his 17 years with CheckFree Corporation to July 2007 including Chief Technology Officer, Executive Vice President, and President of CheckFree’s Software Division. McCoy’s leadership included oversight of product development, corporate strategy and emerging technology. Under McCoy’s leadership, CheckFree Software grew from $70 million to over $200 million in revenue annually through a combination of organic and acquisitive means emphasizing dynamic sales growth and operational execution. Mr. McCoy is the recipient of many distinguished awards including InfoWorld’s Top 25 Most Influential CTO’s, AEA Spirit of Endeavor award for Outstanding Technological Innovation and is a guest lecturer at the Federal Reserve Bank annually recognized as a national expert on electronic payments. Mr. McCoy is the recipient of numerous patents for innovation in the electronic payments arena.
